Policies
Outdoor Furniture Marketplace knows that from time to time you may change your mind or may not be satisfied with your purchase.  If you wish to return your purchase, it must be done within 30 days of your purchase.  

Please follow all the steps below:
1.  You must receive prior authorization before returning any product.  Please contact us (link to contact us page) immediately.
2.  All returns must be returned in the original boxes and without writing on the box.  
3.  The customer must prepay the shipping of the returned items.
4.  There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all returned items.
5.  There are no cash refunds.  We will exchange the product or give credit on your account.

 We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed or assembled merchandise.  If you assemble the merchandise and there appears to be a defect or parts are missing, please see the Damaged Goods policy for instructions. 
Occasionally, an item may be placed on backorder.  If this happens, you will be notified immediately by email regarding the estimated shipping date for the backordered item.  You will have the option to cancel your order within 48 hours of the notification. 
There is no additional charge for shipping to anywhere in the United States, except for Alaska and Hawaii.   We will contact you by e-mail, if you desire shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.  We will advise you the additional charge for shipping and you will have the option to cancel your order if you so desire.

Some merchandise may be shipped separately.  

At this time, we do not ship internationally, except to Canada.
Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the carrier.  We suggest that you carefully inspect your boxes before accepting delivery.   Do not accept the delivery if it is obvious that the items are damaged.  
If you do accept delivery of damaged items, all claims for defects must be made within 7 days only.   Pictures are required to claim merchandise as defective.  Please e-mail the pictures directly to us at support@outdoorfurnituremarketplace.com.  

If you have any missing parts, please contact us within 7 days and we will send you the missing parts.
